I mean… do you REALLY trust yourself?

This is a question I always ask the women who come to see me because trusting yourself is essential when it comes to love.

Our love life is a direct reflection of how much trust we have in ourselves and in love.

Trust is absolutely KEY.

The Universe responds to certainty.

This is the reason why you really must EMBODY Trust.

If you say some positive affirmations like “I attract the love of my life with grace and ease” but in the background you are constantly thinking “I am not worthy of love. I am not lovable. I have never attracted a great partner. I am not good at love and relationships. Love isn’t for me.”… it means that your level of trust is very superficial and is not really embodied.

You may not know it but only 5% of our thoughts are conscious.

We live most of our lives dominated by our unconscious and subconscious thoughts… which can be very damaging to ourselves.

So I really invite you to take a closer look at your love life and to be honest with yourself: do you really trust yourself in matters of love?

If you don’t trust yourself and your ability to attract a loving relationship, it is something I strongly encourage you to work on.

It is something I definitely work on a lot with the women I coach and I love watching them learn to trust themselves – one step at a time.
