Summer is here!

And it’s time to enjoy it.

So in order for me to fully take advantage of the summer, my weekly blog will  stop for a while, until the first Tuesday in September (the 6th).

But before I go, I would like to thank you accompanying me throughout the year so far. It has been a pleasure to walk by your side and share my love of Kundalini yoga with you. I have loved being able to introduce you to these ancient tecniques, as well as explain some of their benefits.

I hope you take advantage of the summer to keep on practising…as this will bring you the strength and vitality to fully enjoy life. So don’t forget to dedicate a little time to it each day!

I will also use my free time to practise, wherever I may be and will post some small exercises and photos on Facebook. Feel free to “Like” my page and add it to your favourites. And if you have any questions or queries about an exercise or would like to tell me something, please feel free to write a comment on my page. I will always answer you back!

I will finish giving classes at the end of the month as well, returning on Wednesday the 14th of September. So see you soon.
