When it comes to our relationships, understanding our issues and/or patterns isn’t enough. It is about embodying a new way of being.

In my late twenties and early thirties, I found myself caught in a cycle of short-term relationships that left me craving something deeper.

I longed for true love and intimacy, but it seemed that I couldn’t find it no matter how hard I tried.

Frustrated and confused, I spent more time on my own, analyzing and trying to “understand” why my love life was such a mess.

However, as time went on, I began to realize that understanding alone wasn’t enough. It wasn’t about dissecting the intricacies of love intellectually as relationships are not governed by logic and analysis. They are deeply rooted in the realm of emotions, energies, and connection.

Understanding vs embodying

It became clear to me that if I wanted to experience the kind of love and intimacy I yearned for, I needed to shift my energy as my energy and presence were vital factors in attracting and maintaining intimate relationships. Instead of obsessing over my shortcomings or trying to fix what I thought was wrong with me, I learned to embrace and love myself fully – my darkest parts included.

Deep love and intimacy are not something that can be intellectually grasped or analyzed – they are experienced through opening up, surrendering, and embracing the feminine energy within, nurturing qualities such as vulnerability, intuition, and emotional depth.

And a few months after diving into this deep energetic work, I attracted my dear husband completely out of the blue.
